Tuition and Fees

Mater Dei is committed to ensuring that all students receive the opportunity to attend Mater Dei, regardless of their family’s financial resources.  Thus, should you have financial concerns, please review our “Scholarships and Tuition Assistance” page.


For the 2021-2022 school year, tuition rates are as follows:

Catholic Students  first student $5,856, second student $4,986

Non-Catholic and Out-of-District Students  first student $6,356, second student $5,956

NOTE: A family with three or more students enrolled during the same year is only charged tuition for the first and second student.

Families may choose from the following payment schedules: twelve-month, ten-month, quarterly, semiannual or annual.  Mater Dei utilizes FACTS, a tuition management company, which provides families the convenience of the following payment method options: automatic payments from bank accounts and credit cards, online payments, invoice payments, and payments by phone.


At the time of registration, families pay a non-refundable $50 registration fee for each student, which is then applied to the course and activity fee (see below).


In August, families pay a course and activity fee for each student, which helps offset the expenses related to instructional materials (ebooks, textbooks, and workbooks), graduation (seniors only), library services, retreats, technology, testing (sophomores only), and free admission to home athletic events, the musical, and the play.  This fee ranges from $260 to $340 depending on a student’s grade level and courses.  The $50 registration fee (see above) is applied to the course and activity fee.

NOTE: Additional fees are not charged for transportation, participation in extracurricular activities, or parking.
